- It is so easy to spend Rs 2 in the morning to get a newspaper but the pain and sweat behind bringing few pages newspaper is beyond description. We have to see people dying, fighting, burning, eating garbage, asking for help, winning, losing hope, weeping, laughing and many more things. We play a new role every day. At the same time we are cops, criminal, teacher, student, business honchos, small investor, politician, doctor. Army men, actors, farmers etc…. we are mirror of this society. I remember a day when I had to go to Taj Palace for the launch of a brand new Honda Sedan. The car was launched with lot of fan fare and razzmatazz even I had awesome lunch but a call changed the situation and I had to go to GTB hospital where a father had raped his 9-year-old daughter I was sitting on road and the mother of the victim was weeping on my shoulder expecting me to get justice for her daughter. SO IT IS ALWAYS EASY TO CRITICISE MEDIA BUT ONE SHOULD TRY ANY UNDERSTAND THE EFFORT BEHIND IT.
